Anhui Haihui Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in 2018 with a registered capital of RMB 40 million and a land area of 100 mu. The company is located at No.8 Yingbin North Road, Laian County Economic Development Zone, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. Its predecessor, Laian Longfei Chemical Co., Ltd., was established in 2005 and engaged in the production of basic chemical raw materials. In response to the chemical industry upgrading policy, the company relocated to the industrial park in 2018 and was officially renamed Anhui Haihui Chemical Co., Ltd., as a key chemical enterprise relocation project.

The company’s main products include formaldehyde, amino resin, alkyd resin, acrylic resin and nitrosyl sulfuric acid. These products are widely applied in wood-based panels, pesticide intermediates, pharmaceutical intermediates, concrete admixtures, coatings and other industries, serving as a raw material supplier for many well-known enterprises. The company has introduced advanced technologies and production equipment, adopted automated production process control and strict management systems, and deployed a full-process automated DCS control system to realize closed production featuring low energy consumption and stable operation.

In 2025, the company launched an expansion project with an annual output of 20,000 tons of amino resin with a total investment of RMB 50 million to further strengthen its industrial chain advantages.
